Athens State University’s online Bachelor in Human Resource Management degree program has been named one of the best in the country by TheBestSchools.org. Ranked #7 nationwide, the program was chosen based on its quality and the types of courses offered. The faculty, rankings, awards, and reputation of the University were also factored into the decision.
The program features a curriculum aligned with Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) guidelines for HR education. Students participating in the program learn key skills in communications, employment law, and management principles to help prepare them for careers in the field of human resources. They also learn how to manage the diverse responsibilities of a human resources manager.
Athens State’s College of Business is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP) and its curriculum complies with the Common Professional Component (CPC) recommended by the ACBSP.
